8/22/99- The Norman Project. What does it mean Greg? Well, I won't give you the exact details, but it has to do w/GNW. If it goes according to plan, it will be huge. HUGE! But, that's only if everything goes perfect. That's all for today.
8/21/99- The flightposite's are indeed out right now. Send me your reviews if you got 'em, I'd really like to hear them. Overall I rate them a little higher than mediocre. I'm not into the FLASHIEST shoes, and them posite's go a little beyond that. Below is the updated version of the GNW hotlist. Enjoy.

8/12/99- I have been very busy/away since the last update, but I'm here now. Could be an update in the near future. I was gonna put up some of the nikepark scans, but I figured everybody's already seen them, what's the point? In the meantime, I recommend you check out FPM's page. He's got some spacejam's there. He's an honest man, and says they're real.... u make the call.
8/2/99- I'M BAAAAAACK. He he. I didn't get pics of anything related to nike while I was in Portland, but I did have a good time and get some cool stuff. Anyways.... below is a pic of some Fall '99 Dunks courtesy of Boon and Consume.
7/26/99- How's it goin folks? Anyways, there has been a lot of talk the past few days about some Metallic purple Flightposites. I have heard RUMORS (only rumors) about Finishline exclusive Eggplant Flightpostites. But, I highly doubt anything like those exist. And now for some important info:
I will be gone tomorrow until sunday. If you have something you really wanna tell me, please do it by 10:00 tonight. That way I'll be able to read/write back. There is a small chance while I'm away, that I'll have access to a computer. If that's so, I'll try to update GNW and return some e-mails. And just to let you know, I'm going to Portland (and NIKETOWN). I will also be going to the Nike Campus in Beaverton. Pics may be available shorty after I get home.

7/20/99- I have some new Air Max '95 pics below. They are women's, but look pretty cool. The official colors are White/Red Earth/Salsa Red, and are European exclusives. Sorry that the quality of the pics aren't great... but I had to use my crappy editor to resize them, and it made them look pretty bad.
7/19/99- Here are some UGLY Air Max Plus' courtesy of Bad Boys. Don't ask me what the colors are, cuz I don't know. Also, a lil Air Max '95 info. The 95's below are part of the Millenium Collection. There will be a Black/Orange womens version (that I should have a pic of soon) also part of the Millenium Coll.
7/16/99- Below are some sweet Air Max 95's courtesy of Alternate Sneakers. They are supposed to be Obsidian/UNC. Currently, (according to JJ) these are European exclusives. But, Nike plans to release these in the US around January or February.
7/12/99- Below is the pic of the Air Max '95 I told you about yesterday. Pretty strange color combo, and Black air bubbles (which is something you rarely see). They obviously appear to be Black/Grey, but I'm not sure about the official colors. BTW, the pic is courtesy of Bad Boys.
6/26/99- Ok. Here are my thoughts on the XV's. I like them a lot more than most people. The materials look nice, and I like the overall design. They do however, look very similar to the XII's. I like the white/silver better than any other right now (although I've only seen 3 colors). The tongue looks strange, but my opinion will change when I see more pics and actually see the shoe in person. For better or for worse, I don't know. Out of 10 right now, I'd rate the shoe an 8. ALSO, THERE WILL BE NO UPDATES FOR TWO WEEKS. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING ANY E-MAIL'S FOR TWO WEEKS. 6/24/99- GNW’s biggest update EVER! I have (this is the 1st time these have been available on the net) exclusive pictures of the Air Jordan XV White/Silver, Jumpman All-Star, and Air Jordan V Retro. These you can view here. Now, I’ve got a little something to say. To many people are bashing Jersey Joe for/about his XV pics. He has them, yes, but he doesn’t want to post them. SO WHAT?? He’s a good guy, and everybody knows that. You will see his pics sooner or later. What difference does it make? This whole situation is out of control. So please, stop hatin on him. HE’S DONE NOTHING WRONG!!!!! Thank you, and good night.
6/23/99- Just a little news for ya'll. I have heard this from a reliable source: In the spring of 2000, there will be a shoe called the Jumpman Sniper 6. It will be Eddie Jones' shoe. And a shoe called the Jumpman All-Star, which is said to be an "unbelievable." Nice. As soon as I get ANY more info or pics, I will post them.
6/22/99- WOW! nike.com has updated, And I must say I'M VERY IMPRESSED. It's now one huge online store. Basketball, Running, ALPHA PJ, JB and everything. It's like having a NikeTown at your fingertips. I know that I can't get 80% of that stuff around where I live, so this is huge for me. Just a note- If you're thinking about buying something right now, you'd better do it. There is FREE SHIPPING for a limited time.
GNW (as always) will bring you the best in Nike news and of course, pictures. The column is gone, because it was giving me a headache getting all this e-mail from people who wanted it to be updated. So, from now on, I'm gonna post what's on my mind on this very page whenever I want to and have the time.
